Quality Management System ISO 9001

The quality management system of SC Neftekhimproekt (Russia) is a set of measures and constantly implemented operations to achieve the required quality of design and estimate documentation, which is the main result of Institute's work.
The quality management system (QMS) of the institute is intended to ensure the quality of
design and estimate documentation (DED) and to "configure" it considering the expectations of our Customers. At the same time, its main task is not to control each part of DED, but to eliminate shortcomings in its development process, which could lead to the discrepancy. The QMS serves as a formalizing tool for the processes of the institute when developing DED that meets our customers' requirements, as well as a tool to monitor these processes.

The Quality Management System covering the design of facilities in the oil, chemical and petrochemical industries is currently implemented in "Neftekhimproekt", SC (Russia).

The Certificate of Compliance of the Quality Management System to the GOST ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015) has been received (reg. number ROSS RU.AD04.K00025, issued on March 22, 2021.

- Continuous improvement of product quality and reduction of quality assurance costs by the use of PDCA cycle (Deming cycle), consisting of: planning, action, analysis, correction (elimination of the discrepancy causes, not just a correction of the results received).

- Creating confidence in the absence of defects among customers through the quality management system certification.

The main components of the interactive quality management system of SC "Neftekhimproekt" are as follows:
  1. Business processes (definition of the needs and expectations of customers and interested parties among the organizations in the field of quality of products or services, and others).
  2. The policy and objectives of the organization (or its selected parts) that meet the needs of customers (external and internal ones).
  3. Determination of necessary resources and making them available to those, who are responsible for the processes of achieving the objectives of the organization (or its selected part), with them.
  4. Development and implementation of methods for measuring the productivity and efficiency of each process based on key quality indicators.
  5. Determination of the mechanisms necessary to prevent discrepancies and eliminate their causes. Implementation of these mechanisms in the QMS processes.
  6. Development and implementation of a process for continuous improvement of the entire QMS.
Each of the components mentioned above is a key factor for any quality management system (QMS), which are in constant cyclical interaction in order to provide the highest quality possible.
